Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, plans change. However, to ensure that we can continue providing the best possible service to all our clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full value of your scheduled treatment.
