Hi, I'm Kathleen, founder and lead practitioner at New Harmony Holistics. For almost 20 years, I've been passionate about helping people feel their best by combining the wisdom of holistic therapies with evidence-informed care. I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support, and my goal is to create personalised treatments in a welcoming space where every person feels heard, cared for, and empowered to thrive.

Julie

Julie is passionate about helping people achieve greater balance, resilience, and wellbeing through a personalised, holistic approach. With over 30 years of experience in natural health, she combines compassion with practical expertise to support each client's unique journey.

Special interest in ADHD coaching, neurodiversity, NLP, life coaching, EFT, reflexology, aromatherapy, and naturopathy, she empowers clients to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Her philosophy is simple: every person has the ability to grow and thrive with the right support, guidance, and encouragement.

Meditation, Breathwork & Sound Healing Practitioner

Rowena

Rowena is a holistic practitioner with a passion for creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can relax, reconnect, and restore balance. Trained in meditation, transformational breathwork, sound healing, EFT, energy healing, and cacao facilitation, she brings together gentle practices that support both mind and body.

With a warm, down-to-earth approach, Rowena guides clients towards greater calm, self-awareness, and wellbeing, believing that sometimes the most powerful step we can take is simply to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
